Legacy High is located in beautiful Brevard County Florida. Brevard County is nearby to regional cities with plenty of activities such as Orlando (90 Minutes from Disney World), Tampa (2.5 hours), Miami (2.5 hours), and Jacksonville (3 hours). Orlando and Tampa are both cities that provide easy access to domestic and international flights.

As a private school, Legacy High School has an extensive admissions policy and enrollments are limited to space available. All students are accepted based on the academic assessment results to determine if they are a fit for Legacy High School. Below is a breakdown of the admissions process and additional questions can be directed to school administration or our admissions department.

Legacy High School admits qualified students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights and privileges, programs and activities accorded to students at our school. Legacy High School does not discriminate based on race, color, national and ethnic origin in directing our educational policies, admission policies, tuition assistance programs and any other school programs.

Parents and students tour the school, ask questions, review program options and discuss tuition.

Application Packet

Complete application packet and gather appropriate documentation for review by Legacy High School Admission staff.

Determination

The admissions staff will contact the child’s parent to discuss the program and help pick the student classes for the upcoming school year. If placement is deemed not appropriate at the school, a list of recommendations and resources will be provided. If placement is recommended but space is not available, “wait list” procedures will be discussed.

Tuition

Thank you for your interest in Legacy High School. Tuition for the 2022-23 school year is as follows:

Boarding – no boarding program is available for 2022-2023.

For our 2022-2023 school year, 6-13th Grade

$350 Application fee

$500 Material fee

Field trips, special events, and lunch and snacks for students are the responsibility of the parents

Our Legacy High Boarding School Tuition is yet to be determined, opening 2025-2026 school year.

Parents are required to sign an Academic Year Enrollment Contract upon enrollment. In doing so, the parent acknowledges their financial obligation to Legacy High School and agrees to the terms provided. Any outstanding balance to the student’s account may be subject to late fees and/or collections fees.

Upon acceptance of the student by the school and execution of a tuition contract, the full year’s tuition shall be considered payable and nonrefundable. If a student should leave the school for any reason during the school year, the school may at its discretion, refund tuition based upon the following schedule which indicates tuition due at the time of withdrawal from the school:

Siblings

We welcome our students siblings to attend Legacy High School as well. If one of our exceptional students has a sibling, neurotypical or not, we would enjoy having the family dynamic in our student population. Historically we have had siblings as well as extended family members (cousins) as our students, each with their own focus and character that further elevates our students experiences.
